Tawanda is CEO of Glowshot Capital, a role he took since inception. He has over 10 years’ experience in consulting and is responsible for the overall delivery operational targets. Tawanda previously worked in financial sector with Merchant Banks, Stock brokers, asset management and Business Advisory Services where he gained experience in various sectors of the economy. Tawanda is responsible for the overall strategic direction and delivery of the Glowshot Capital`s vision.

Aina is a development specialist and Managing Director for Glowshot Capital. She holds an honours degree in Development Studies from Midlands State University and Currently doing her Master’s Degree in Development Studies with UNAM.
