Bridging loans are a short-term funding option. They are used to 'bridge' a gap between a debt coming due - and we're talking primarily about short-term transactions, here - and the main line of credit becoming available. Or they can simply act as a short-term loan in pressing circumstances.
Invoice Discounting
Invoice Discount is a form of short-term borrowing often used to improve a company's working capital and cash flow position. Invoice discounting allows a business to draw money against its sales invoices before the customer has actually paid.
Stock Finance
A stock finance facility allows the client to raise funding against qualifying stock as security. This allows clients to procure more stock or to access cash discounts on early settlement of stock purchases.
Business Loans
Any small business owner knows that cash is king and the business loan product aims to provide that cash flow injection simply and easily. This product provides working capital when you need it.
Debtor Finance
Debtor Finance is an umbrella term used to describe a process to fund a business using its accounts receivable ledger as collateral. Generally, companies that have low working capital reserves can get into cash flow problems because invoices are paid on net 30 or 60 day terms.
Trade Finance
Trade finance is a generic term for the funding of a transaction from start to finish. The financier finances all, or part, of the supply chain.
